Village Plumbing team came to my rescue when my toliet unexpectedly starting overflowing and then draining and raining into my basement below at 8am in the morning! They were able come out within a few hours after calling and fully fixed the blockage in our sewer water line and cleaned up the area and then identified what may have caused the issue. They were hardworking, focused, nice and informative throughout the process. They are also locally owned, the owner went to Chapel Hill high school back in the day just like me! I have found my plumbing company for ANY service I need. They were WONDERFUL! Highly highly recommend!

This is a great family business. You get to speak to knowledgeable plumber from the first call. They are responsive, quick to come out. When I told them it was an emergency, they fit me in sooner. The plumbers are excellent, willing to explain what they are doing. They do NOT try to oversell services that are not needed. These are honest, professional, highly skilled people. There prices are reasonable.

I have been a customer for a year or two now and can’t say enough nice things. They are very experienced, thoughtful, professional and responsive. I had a situation yesterday that I thought was an emergency (turned out it definitely wasn’t) and they worked me into their busy day. Also, when the “leak” turned out to be something silly they were very kind about it instead of being annoyed (shout out to Matt!). They are great. Highly recommend. 10/10.

I ordered them to service the water heater, which was not rec'd since the water heater was 15+years old and likely hadn't been serviced for years. I understood that due to the nature of the service there was a possibility for leaks after the service . This was a answer I didn't expect nor liked. However Mike and his partner after this unexpected start fixed all problems (temperature and water flow in 2 showers and one sink, within 1h40 minutes after they started their truck to my place (which is the time I paid for). Obviously not all that I had to learn today I liked, but none of it was their fault. Instead and at a point where other plumbers would have just walked away (and offered me to install a new unit), Mike tried a bit more and at the end increasing the water pressure from the main line solved even the last issue and saved us from buying a new unit right now. I would / will definitely call them again!
